At SuiteLyfe, we believe in providing you with the best prices for our exclusive group of users. We're always comparing our room prices with the lowest price across the Internet, and guarantee that we have the lowest prices just for you as we are direct distributors for the listed hotels. However, in the unfortunate (and unlikely) case that you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll refund you the price difference and provide you a SGD20 SuiteLyfe Credit for your next booking.
How do you know if your booking qualifies for a claim?
Due to the short booking window (seven days in advance only), the room rates provided are subjected to high levels of fluctuations within the same day. As such, the booking must be made within the last 4 hours as we can only guarantee our prices within this period. All prices must be compared in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
The Best Price Guarantee is available only if you have found lower prices for the same hotel, the same date(s), add-ons and the same room type as booked through SuiteLyfe within the 4-hour window. Upon the submission of the claim to SuiteLyfe, the price difference from the other site should be more than 3SGD and still available for booking. Our customer support team will then process and verify the prices at the time of submission.
Also, do note that comparison of prices only apply to room rates without taxes and service charges. We do not guarantee against ourselves.
The comparison room rate should be available and accessible to the general public and this excludes the following list:
(a) Prices offered for rewards program, membership program, corporate rates, group discounts, private rates, travel package or quoted prices from travel agencies.
(b) Prices offered by using a coupon or a voucher.
(c) Prices obtained through auctions or similar processes.
(d) Prices obtained through contests and giveaways.
(e) Prices obtained through services where details (e.g. name of hotel, prices) are only disclosed after booking.
(f) Prices obtained through services where you call to get the rate, or from e-mails that you have received.
(g) Prices obtained through a consolidator or services where you name your own price.
SuiteLyfe reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reasons, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine whether the Best Price Guarantee are applicable to you.

Do forward us the booking confirmation email for SuiteLyfe with the following details:
• Email address and contact number associated with SuiteLyfe account
• Booking Reference Number
• A screenshot and URL of website that you have compared against
You will receive a reply from us once we have verified your claim, typically within 48 hours of submission. Verified claims will receive the price difference and a SGD20 credit to your SuiteLyfe wallet within approximately 5 working days of verification. In the event if there is any credit card dispute associated with the booking, the claim will be rendered invalid.
All requests and claims are subject to the verification and discretion of SuiteLyfe. SuiteLyfe will not accept images (e.g. screenshots) or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be confirmed by SuiteLyfe independently. SuiteLyfe reserves the right to deny any request or claim that is the result of a technical error (e.g. printing), or is made fraudulently out of deception. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the event of acts of god, disasters, disruptions in communications, acts of terrorism or any events beyond reasonable control.
